What is covered

• The unit will not power on or will not hold a charge under normal use
• The motor or pump stops working
• The display or buttons stop working
• The hose or chuck fails under normal use

What is not covered

• Normal wear, scuffs and scratches
• Damage from drops, crushing, water submersion, or opening the case
• Running the pump past the rest cycle in the manual (about 10 minutes on, 10 minutes rest)
• Using it on tires or items above its rated pressure

How to claim

Email support@ourvitality.org with your order number, a short description, and a photo or short video of the problem. If it is covered, we replace the unit. No forms and no runaround.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under consumer law where you live.
