Welcome to JB'S. By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

JB'S™ High Strength Epoxy Putty is a two-part (A + B) epoxy putty that you mix by hand. It is sold in single pouches and in 3-pack and 5-pack bundles.

2. Safe use

Read and follow the instructions on the pouch before use. Uncured epoxy can irritate skin and eyes, so wear gloves, avoid contact with your eyes, wash your hands after use and work in a ventilated area. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Results depend on the surface, how it was prepared and how the putty was mixed. Test on a small area first, and do not rely on a repair where failure could cause injury or damage without checking it is suitable.

3. Orders and pricing

We may refuse or cancel any order, and we may correct pricing or description errors, including after an order is placed. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. They do not include any import duties or taxes on international orders.

4. Promotions

Sale prices and bundle savings apply only for the dates shown on the site. Savings are calculated against the price of buying the same number of single pouches.

5. No subscriptions

Every order is a single purchase. Nothing renews or recurs.

6. Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, and most orders arrive within 5–7 days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, but we replace or refund damaged, wrong or lost items. See our Refund Policy for details and for your statutory rights.

8. Your account and conduct

If you create an account, you are responsible for activity under it. Do not use this site to break the law, scrape it or interfere with how it works.

9. Our content

The text, images, logos and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written agreement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including damage from a repair that fails. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and any dispute will be dealt with in the courts there. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the country you live in.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
