Where is my order?

Most orders arrive within 5–7 days. You will get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel ships. If tracking has not moved for 10 days, email us and we will chase the carrier. If the parcel is lost, we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund that item, and you will not need to post anything back.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final, so we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. This does not remove any right you have under the consumer law where you live. Read the full refund policy, including the 14-day cancellation right for UK and EU customers.

Cancelling an order

Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
