- Packed: within 1–2 business days
- US & Canada: 7–15 business days after shipping
- UK, Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days after shipping
If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, email us with your order number. We'll chase the carrier, and if the parcel is lost we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
