For the joints that have been told to wait.
A herbal heat patch for the hours a stiff joint is worst — the first ten minutes of the morning, and the ones at two in the morning. Warm in about half an hour. Still warm six hours later.

Most days, it isn't the walking.
It's three specific moments — and they're the ones nobody builds anything for.
The first ten minutes
You sit on the edge of the bed and wait for the knee to agree to the day.
Going down the stairs
Down, not up. Everyone with a worn knee knows the difference.
Standing up after sitting
A film, a long drive, a chair at the kitchen table. Then the first few steps.
Everything you've been given does something other than warm it.
A warm joint moves more easily than a cold one. You already know that — it's why people put a hot water bottle on a knee first thing.
The only trouble with the hot water bottle is that it lasts twenty minutes and you can't wear it downstairs.
A brace supports. It holds the joint steady. It does nothing for the stiffness.
A gel cools. Menthol, mostly. Right for a fresh sprain — not for a knee that's been stiff since 1998.
Tablets work from the inside, on the whole of you, whether the rest of you needed it or not.
Nothing on that list warms the joint and keeps it warm. That's the gap.

Herbal Heat Pain Relief Patch
Warm in about half an hour. Still warm six hours later. Wearable overnight, under trousers, with no smell on them. One patch a day, twelve to a box.
Four things we do that the rest of this category doesn't.
We tell you what it won't do
It won't rebuild cartilage. Nothing you stick on your skin does. If an advert tells you otherwise, be careful with the rest of it.
No auto-enrol subscription
No box you didn't order. No plan you have to phone up to leave. If we ever offer a refill, it will be unticked by default.
No countdown that resets
If there's a sale, it has a real end date. If there isn't, we don't pretend.
No reviews we didn't earn
We're new. When there are real reviews from real buyers, they'll go here. Until then this space stays empty.
Ninety days. Keep the patches.
If it isn't doing anything for you, call or email and we'll refund you — and you don't need to post the patches back.
Cut for a knee. It does not only go on knees.
The shape is cut to sit around a kneecap, which is why it holds through stairs and chairs without bunching. The warmth itself does not care where you put it.
Knee
What it was cut for. The scoop sits under the kneecap and the patch bends with the joint.
Lower back
Flat and wide enough to sit either side of the spine, just above the waistband. Stays put under a shirt.
Shoulder
Over the top of the shoulder or the blade. The notch gives it somewhere to flex as the arm moves.
Elbow
Smaller joint, so most people trim it. It cuts cleanly with scissors and still sticks at the edges.
One thing worth saying plainly: it is 13cm by 10cm, so on an elbow or a wrist you will be trimming it. And it is the same patch either way — we are not going to sell you a separate box per joint.
No reviews we didn't earn.
We're new. This space is empty on purpose.
There are no reviews here yet, because nobody has had one long enough to tell you anything useful. When there are — real names, real words, their own photos if they send them — they will appear here, the good ones and the bad ones.
If you have ever seen the same testimonial, word for word, on three different websites selling three different patches, you already know why we are bothering to say this.
- ✓Verified buyers only — we ask by email three weeks after delivery.
- ✓The bad ones stay up. A product nobody criticises is a product nobody bought.
- ✕We don't write them, buy them, or pay for them.
- ✕No stock photos of people who never used it.
